Brett Marlowe focuses his practice representing clients in commercial and construction disputes. He also has considerable experience in civil litigation defense practice including significant injury and death cases arising out of motor vehicle negligence and premises liability.
Brett graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rollins College in 1997. He attended law school at Florida State University College of Law and graduated in 2000. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Florida, as well as the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also represented clients in several other jurisdictions throughout the United States.
Brett has been nominated in various publications recognizing the top lawyers in the State, including Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Trend Legal Elite.
